- Hiring for Lead Having Strong Background of Working with Strong expertise in NLP, Deep Learning, and GenerativeAI.
- Hands-on experience with Transformer architectures (Language & Vision)
- Proficiency in Embedding models and semantic search techniques
- Solid understanding of data structures (trees, graphs, etc.) and their applications in AI
- Good knowledge of CUDA architecture and parallel processing concepts
- Experience working with foundation models such as BERT, GPT, T5, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques (Chain of Thought, Tree of Thoughts, Graph of Thoughts, etc.)
- Experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), including advanced methods (e.g., GMM, RAPTOR) and data processing pipelines
- Hands-on experience with AI agents and frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, DeepAgents, etc.) and familiarity with SDKs like AutoGen and ADK
- Experience in fine-tuning foundation models (LLMs/SLMs preferred)
- Proven ability to drive end-to-end AI solution development, from ideation to production deployment
- Strong experience in AI model inferencing and infrastructure setup, including optimization techniques using TensorRT, vLLM, or similar
- Working with GPUs such as H100, A100, LS40 , RTX 6000
- Experience supporting pre-sales engagements, RFP responses, or technical proposal creation.
- Experience leading small teams or establishing an AI/GenAI Center of Excellence.
- Domain exposure in BFSI, Transportation, Retail, or Enterprise Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Primary preference for candidates who have built their careers in AI/ML from the early stages.
- Having Certification from NVIDIA is plus
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
