- The Gig: You'll be building cool, smart stuffthink chatbots, copilots, automation toolsusing those big LLMs (Large Language Models) to solve real business problems. Has previous experience in building Chatbots and assistant bots.
What You'll Be Doing
- LLM Magic: Designing and launching GenAI solutions using models like GPT, LLaMA, or Claude.
- Model Training: Fine-tuning models with specific company data.
- Prompt Whisperer: Crafting and optimizing killer prompt engineering strategies for the best results.
- Integration Master: Tying these AI models into web apps, APIs, and company systems.
- Data Sleuth: Building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector databases.
- Quality Check: Testing models to make sure they're accurate, reliable, and safe.
- Safety First: Setting up guardrails to stop hallucinations (AI making things up) and manage bias.
- Team Player: Working with product and engineering teams to turn ideas into AI tech.
- Keeping Watch: Monitoring the deployed models for smooth performance and cost.
Qualifications
- A degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, AI, ML, or something similar (or just awesome relevant experience)
Required Skills
- Python: Non-negotiable! (JavaScript is a bonus.)
- LLMs/NLP: Gotta know your way around Large Language Models and transformer models.
- AI/ML Frameworks: Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
- GenAI Know-How: Good with prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
- Frameworks: Used tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Vector DBs: Familiar with Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- Cloud: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Architecture: Understand REST APIs and scalable systems.
Preferred Skills
- Creating with multimodal models (text, images, audio).
- Knowledge of MLOps (how to deploy and manage ML in the real world).
- Aware of data privacy and AI ethics.
- Already built a chatbot or copilot before.
