Our flagship product, Qualitia Boson, is an AI-native, self-healing test automation platform built for Salesforce, eliminating script maintenance and enabling one-click test generation.

What this role really is

This is not just another AI role.

You will:

• Define how GenAI capabilities are built into a real product
• Design AI workflows using LLMs, RAG, and agentic systems
• Turn ambiguous AI use cases into production-ready solutions
• Work across backend, data, and product layers
• Help teams move from experimentation to reliable systems

What you'll work on

• GenAI-powered features for testing, automation, and analysis
• LLM applications, RAG pipelines, prompt workflows, and AI agents
• Backend services, APIs, and AI orchestration (Python + existing stack)
• Vector databases, embeddings, retrieval, and context design
• AI quality: hallucination control, evaluation, traceability, reliability

What we're looking for

• Experience building real GenAI applications (LLMs, RAG, APIs)
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and architecture experience
• Hands-on with Python + backend systems (Java/Spring Boot or similar)
• Understanding of vector DBs, embeddings, and AI workflows
• Ability to make practical decisions balancing accuracy, cost, and scale
• Someone who can guide teams in uncertain, evolving problem spaces
