Role Description
We are looking for aGenerative AI Engineer who understands how to make AI actually work in real products. The role focuses heavily onprompt engineering, LLM integrations, and building AI-powered workflows and assistants.
You will work on buildingAI agents, automation systems, and intelligent workflowsthat integrate with real-world applications.
Responsibilities
Prompt Engineering & AI Workflow Design
- Design and optimizeprompt templates and structured prompting frameworks.
- Implement prompting techniques such asRAG, tool-calling prompts, role prompting, and guardrails.
- Buildreusable prompt workflows and AI pipelinesfor production use.
- Test, evaluate, and improve prompt performance for reliability and consistency.
AI Agent & Automation Development
- BuildAI agents and automation workflowsusing frameworks likeLangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
- IntegrateAPIs, tools, and external data sourcesinto AI systems.
- Designmulti-step AI workflows and tool-based reasoning pipelines.
LLM Integration & Data Workflows
- Work withembeddings, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines.
- BuildRAG-based applicationsfor search, assistants, and internal tools.
- Connect LLM systems withdatabases, APIs, and external services.
Product Integration
- Integrate AI capabilities intoweb applications, internal dashboards, and automation systems.
- Buildreusable AI modules, APIs, and assistantsfor different use cases.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy AI features into production.
Requirements
(2 years of experience in AI or building AI applications)
- Strong understanding ofprompt engineering and LLM behavior.
- Experience buildingAI-powered workflows or assistants.
- GoodPython programming skills.
- Experience working withLLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Practical experience withvector databases(Pinecone, Chroma, Supabase, Qdrant, etc.).
- Ability to designRAG pipelines and AI automation workflows.
- Experience integratingAPIs and external toolsinto AI systems.
- Understanding ofbasic AI concepts like embeddings and model inference.
Nice to Have
- Experience buildingAI agents or automation assistants.
- Familiarity withLangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience withautomation tools like n8n or Make.
- Exposure tocloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience deployingAI systems into production environments.
