Must Have Qualifications
- 4+ years of overall experience in AI/ML solution development, including hands-on work on at least one production-grade Generative AI use case.
- Proven expertise in developing Gen AI solutions, particularly RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or Agentic AI implementations for global customers.
- Solid understanding of Agentic AI concepts and practical experience with Agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, GPT-OSS) and multimodal models.
- Strong knowledge in evaluating and refining Generative AI solution performance using appropriate metrics and testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with a focus on solution scalability and robustness.
Good to Have
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI solution deployment.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Gen AI deployments.
- Understanding of advanced RAG methodologies, including query transformation and prompt optimization techniques.
- Awareness of LLM guardrails, ethical AI considerations, and enterprise-grade best practices for Generative AI deployment.
