Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI/ML architectures, with focus on LLM-based solutions
• Fine-tune and apply Large Language Models to solve complex business problems
• Build API development and integration pipelines for model deployment
• Work with distributed computing frameworks and apply system design principles for scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, cloud architects, product owners) to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Ensure smooth deployment through MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance model performance in production environments

Mandatory Skills

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)

5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience, with 2+ years in LLM-based solutions

Expertise in LLMs – fine-tuning, optimization, and application in business use cases

Strong skills in ML architectures, scalable model deployment, and distributed computing

Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines

Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and MLOps tools

Knowledge of API development, integration, and deployment workflows
