About the Role:

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Generative AI applications using modern LLM frameworks.
• Develop Agentic AI systems with autonomous planning and tool orchestration capabilities.
• Build scalable AI-powered solutions integrated with enterprise applications.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and embeddings.
• Evaluate model performance and implement responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI services into business workflows.
• Participate in architecture design and technical reviews.
  

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Vector Databases and Embeddings.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, RAG, and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals.
• Experience with Kafka, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, system design, and data structures.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building production-grade AI applications.
• Knowledge of model evaluation and prompt engineering techniques.
