The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on AI Developer with strong Python and LLM experience (ChatGPT/Claude) to join our growing AI team. You will play a key role in building AI-powered applications, integrating APIs, and developing intelligent systems using modern LLM stacks.

This is an exciting opportunity to:

• Build real-world AI applications from concept to production

• Design and implement scalable RAG systems

What You'll Do

AI Development & LLM Integration

• Build AI-powered features using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs

• Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

• Develop intelligent workflows using LLM APIs

• Handle structured and unstructured data for AI processing

Backend & Application Development

• Develop Python-based applications using Flask/Streamlit

• Build and integrate REST APIs

• Implement file handling and document processing pipelines

• Work on scalable backend systems for AI features

• Optimize performance, latency, and cost of LLM usage

Data & Vector Search

• Integrate vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)

• Implement embeddings and semantic search systems

• Design efficient indexing and retrieval strategies

• Work with large datasets for AI applications

Advanced / Nice-to-Have Areas

• Work with image/vision models (OCR, classification, etc.)

• Implement text-to-speech or speech-to-text pipelines

• Explore multimodal AI capabilities

Collaboration & Quality

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, backend)

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Document AI workflows, prompts, and system architecture

• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement

Who You Are

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of software development experience

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

• Experience with API integrations and prompt engineering

• Experience implementing RAG systems

• Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings

• Experience building web apps using Flask or Streamlit

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks

• Exposure to multimodal AI (vision, speech)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Familiarity with Docker and deployment pipelines

• Experience with frontend integration (React or similar)

• Understanding of AI evaluation and monitoring
