Role Description

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to work with one of our elite clients organization remotely. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize generative AI models and tools, ensuring their scalability and reliability. Daily tasks include prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, optimization, evaluation, develop RAG algorithms to enhance the automation of business workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into the platform. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with advancements in generative AI, contribute to research initiatives, and provide support in improving the user experience for both recruiters and candidates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in LLM prompting, fine-tuning, RAG development, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI frameworks/libraries
• Experience optimizing AI/LLM inference speeds for optimal performance, and user experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar libraries, with experience in data preprocessing and model training
• Experience with AI model evaluation, optimization, and deployment in production environments
• Ability to analyze business processes, identify challenges, and implement AI-driven automation solutions
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred but not required
