Generative AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an 5+ Years of Exp in AI Engineer / Agent Builder to design, build, and configure Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. This role focuses on implementing conversational logic, prompt flows, and integrating agents with data sources and automation workflows. You will collaborate with AI Architects and Power Platform Engineers to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure agent dialogs, triggers, and actions in Copilot Studio
• Implement prompt engineering and context handling
• Integrate agents with backend systems via connectors and APIs
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data availability
• Conduct unit testing and refine agent responses
• Participate in sprint planning and demos
• Document agent configurations and contribute to runbooks
