We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory, and task execution in dynamic, real‑world environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and multi‑agent orchestration, and will work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate agent-based AI systems into enterprise workflows.
This role sits at the intersection of Generative AI, reasoning systems, and scalable engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI architectures leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and reasoning engines.
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems for complex task decomposition, collaboration, and execution.
- Integrate external tools, APIs, databases, and knowledge sources to augment agent capabilities.
- Implement memory, planning, reflection, and self-improvement mechanisms for autonomous agents.
- Optimize agent behavior for:
- Autonomy

- Safety & guardrails
- Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to embed agentic AI solutions into business applications.
- Research, prototype, and productionize emerging Agentic AI, GenAI, and reasoning techniques.
- Ensure adherence to ethical AI, security, and safety best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Solid background in AI/ML engineering and software development.
- Deep understanding of:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt engineering & chain-of-thought prompting
- Fine-tuning and inference optimization
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks, such as:
- LangChain
- AutoGen
- CrewAI
- Semantic Kernel or similar
- Knowledge of:
- Reinforcement Learning (RL)
- Reasoning algorithms
- Planning and decision-making systems
- Experience integrating:
- REST APIs
- External tools and services
- Knowledge graphs / vector databases
- Strong grasp of AI safety, governance, and ethical AI principles.
Experience Required
- 6–10 years of overall experience in AI / ML engineering
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building:
- Agentic AI systems
- LLM-powered applications
- Autonomous or semi-autonomous AI workflows
