Generative AI Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Generative AI Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Generative AI Engineer will design, develop, and implement AI models, with a focus on generative AI technologies. Responsibilities include researching and developing algorithms, applying machine learning techniques, optimizing AI pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products. The Engineer will also focus on performance tuning, data analysis, and ensuring the scalability of solutions.

• Experience with Generative AI, machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques
• Hands-on programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with AI model evaluation, optimization techniques, and deployment in production
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for developing innovative AI-based solutions
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver results
• A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is preferred
