We are looking for a hands-on Gen AI Engineer with strong Python, Generative AI, and Agentic AI experience to join our growing AI team. The role involves building intelligent, agent-based solutions that solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using modern agent frameworks
- Develop autonomous and goal-driven AI agents for workflow automation and decision support
- Integrate LLMs with APIs, tools, databases, and internal systems
- Implement prompt engineering, prompt chaining, and tool/function calling
- Work closely with business and engineering teams in an Agile environment
- Ensure responsible AI practices including safety, governance, and monitoring
- Practical experience using agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph,
- Experience developing AI agents that can perform reasoning, action execution, and
- outcome evaluation, with basic feedback or retry mechanisms.
- Ability to integrate LLMs with APIs, tools, databases, and internal systems.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, prompt chaining, tool/function calling,
- and structured agent workflows.
