We are seeking a visionary Generative AI Engineer to lead the design and deployment of our next-generation AI ecosystem. This is not a role for simply calling APIsyou will architect autonomous agentic workflows, build scalable RAG pipelines, and connect intelligence to real-world business actions.

The ideal candidate brings deep architectural expertise in LLMs (Transformers, Mixture-of-Experts), proven experience in production-grade agentic systems, and a passion for turning advanced AI into measurable enterprise impact.

What You'll Do:

• Design and own end-to-end RAG pipelines, including data ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, advanced retrieval (hybrid search, reranking), evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement for production reliability and business value.
• Architect and implement multi-agent systems that operate autonomouslymaking decisions, calling tools/APIs, interacting with databases, and orchestrating complex workflows.
• Build robust function calling/tool-use patterns and agent orchestration layers (using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar).
• Work hands-on with state-of-the-art LLMs (Transformers, Mixture-of-Experts, etc.) and integrate the latest models from OpenAI, Google Gemini (strongly preferred), and Anthropic.
• Develop production-grade Python services using FastAPI/Flask + Celery for asynchronous, scalable AI workloads.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver explainable, trustworthy, and high-impact AI solutions.
• Own the full AI system lifecyclefrom experimentation and prototyping to production deployment, monitoring, scaling, and iteration.

Required skills:

• Deep architectural understanding of modern LLM architectures, including Transformers, Mixture-of-Experts (MoE), attention mechanisms, and advanced inference/training techniques.
• Hands-on production experience with state-of-the-art models from OpenAI, Google Gemini (strongly preferred), and Anthropic.
• End-to-end ownership of production RAG pipelines, including ingestion, chunking, embedding, advanced retrieval strategies (hybrid, reranking), evaluation, monitoring, and scaling for enterprise reliability and impact.
• Proven expertise in designing and building agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, autonomous decision-making agents, orchestration (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent), function calling, and tool integration.
• Expert-level experience deploying multi-agent systems with robust coordination, fault-tolerant execution, and orchestration.
• Strong proficiency in function calling, tool use/integration, and connecting LLMs to external APIs, databases, monitoring systems, and real-world actions.
• Advanced Python proficiency, with experience building scalable services using FastAPI or Flask, plus Celery for distributed task queues and asynchronous processing.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), OOP, design patterns, and large-scale system design.

Preferred / Advanced Skills

• Prior hands-on experience with Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Gemini Enterprise for building, governing, and deploying custom AI agents.
• Familiarity with advanced agent frameworks, memory systems, planning/reasoning loops, and observability in agentic applications.
• Experience implementing enterprise-grade AI governance, safety, compliance, and explainability features.
