Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Developer with over 11 years of experience to lead the transformation of our business through generative AI technologies. This role requires a strategic technical leader who can convert complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions, bridging the gap between traditional enterprise software engineering and the evolving landscape of Large Language Models (LLMs).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement an AI-First ecosystem that advances beyond basic chatbots to Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning and multi-step business process execution.
- Oversee the development and deployment of robust, secure, and cost-effective AI solutions that provide a competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into AI-driven strategies.
- Ensure AI initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in generative AI and LLMs to inform strategic decisions.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience with AWS services and architecture.
