Role Overview
Architect and lead production-grade Generative AI & Agentic AI platforms. Build scalable LLM applications, RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows with strong engineering leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-grade GenAI/Agentic AI systems & LLM-powered applications
- Build RAG pipelines, multi-agent collaboration systems, autonomous workflows
- Implement prompt engineering, memory management, reasoning chains, evaluation frameworks
- Lead end-to-end AI development (concept → production), mentor engineers
- Build CI/CD for AI, optimize inference performance, monitoring & governance
- Translate business problems into AI solutions; partner with product/engineering teams
Required Skills
Core AI & GenAI
- LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral), RAG, LangChain/LlamaIndex
- Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus), production AI agents
- Advanced prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, guardrails
Engineering
- Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face
- Distributed microservices, API design, backend systems, data pipelines
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Azure/AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, GPU infrastructure
MLOps
- CI/CD for AI, model monitoring, drift detection, observability
