Job Title: Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer
Location: Kochi / Bangalore (initially in Kochi)
Role Summary
We are seeking a Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer to design intelligent systems that can reason, plan, and
autonomously execute complex tasks using advanced language models. The role involves building agentic
workflows and integrating LLMs into scalable AI-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities
Build intelligent agents capable of decision-making, multi-step reasoning, and tool use
Design and implement AI pipelines for use cases like document summarization, semantic search, dialogue
systems, and task automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user-centric AI experiences and ensure safe, explainable
outcomes
Continuously evaluate and enhance agent performance, hallucination control, and orchestration
efficiency
Promote responsible AI by ensuring traceability, prompt safety, and ethical usage of generative models
Must-Have Skills
Strong programming skills in Python
Solid understanding of LLM behavior, embeddings, prompt chaining, and token management
Familiarity with vector databases, embedding models, and search optimization
Familiarity with RAG pipelines, FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate
Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Mistral, or Hugging Face models
Hands-on with agent frameworks like AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, Haystack Agents
Nice To Have
Exposure to explainable AI (XAI), bias detection, or governance frameworks
Knowledge of tool selection strategies, memory architectures, or long-context optimization
Experience with cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
