Daily Organics is building India's first curated marketplace for certified organic and indigenous brands. We need someone who can turn research into output and output into systems — not someone who works harder, but someone who builds so it runs without them.
Weekly Deliverables
- 3 research briefs or market summaries — competitor moves, trend signals, category deep-dives
- 4 content pieces — LinkedIn posts, product write-ups, brand narratives, or campaign copy
- 1 new or improved automation — a workflow, prompt system, or pipeline that saves measurable time
- 1 content system update — prompt library, SOP, or output archive maintained and current
Performance Criteria
Every week, at least 2 content pieces must generate meaningful engagement (500+ impressions or direct response). At least 1 automation must cut research or production time by 40%+. Briefs must be founder-ready — no padding, no filler. Consistent performance leads to PPO conversion with output-linked incentives.
