We don't do rigid. We need someone who is part-creative, part-operator, and fully curious. You'll be working directly on the front lines of our content engine. If you love the idea of seeing a script go from a messy draft to a polished YouTube video or a classroom worksheet, this is for you.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
This is a Generalist role, which is startup-code for: You'll wear many hats, and no two days will look the same.
Your main focus will be the End-to-End Content Lifecycle:
- Content Creation: You'll help us write scripts, design catchy presentations, and build practical worksheets that kids actually want to use.
- The Social Side: Helping us manage our YouTube channel and social media presence. You'll be the one making sure our Shorts, assets, and posts are ready to fly.
- AI & Prompting: We don't just use tech; we master it. You'll be using AI tools and prompting to speed up our workflow and stay ahead of the curve.
- Daily Ops: Sometimes, you'll just be solving problems on the flywhether it's fixing a project timeline or figuring out a better way to organize our digital assets.

- Local to Dehradun: This is a full-time, in-person role at our Raipur office.
