Basic Qualifications
- Education — Bachelor's degree from a top-500 globally ranked university preferred.
- Analytical Skills — Strong analytical and written communication skills.
- Independence — Ability to work independently and follow detailed task guidelines.
Required Skills
- Critical Reading — Ability to identify nuance, implicit meaning, and gaps in reasoning.
- Written Rationales — Write clear, precise, and well-evidenced rationales beyond surface-level observations.
- Judgment — Provide consistent and honest judgment, including critical assessments when warranted.
- Attention to Detail — Accurate application of structured evaluation guidelines.
- No AI Tools — Ability to work entirely without AI writing tools.

Contract & Payment Terms
