Job Role
- In-depth research on companies, industries, countries, and services using internal and external databases
- Reading and gaining expertise on trending topics and providing insights to the practice teams globally
- Leveraging Gen AI applications like GPTs for conducting research and content curation
- Assisting the practice in business development activities such as client discovery research, marketing collaterals etc.
- Creating proposals and making it visually appealing using innovative designing methods
- Interacting with global stakeholders on call, to collaborate on projects and drive internal strategic initiatives
- Creating high-impact, visually appealing deliverables (presentations, documents, webinars etc.)
- • Knowledge Management - Support team in managing the internal knowledge portal and content
- • Continuous upskilling on new tools like O365 applications - Power Platforms, SharePoint, azure etc. to enable automation
Required Qualification & Skills
• Master's degree with specialization in disciplines like Marketing, Operations, Finance etc. with 60% marks in academics throughout
• Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills • Must work well in a team-oriented setting, as well as independently
• Must work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Must have a desire to learn and receptiveness to feedback and mentoring
• Knowledge of Gen AI tools, Python, low code languages are preferable
• Conceptual clarity on technical concepts studied as part of the curriculum
