Role Description The General Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary and family-focused medical care to patients with chronic and acute conditions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, diagnosing and treating common medical conditions, prescribing and monitoring medication, and coordinating referrals to specialists when needed. The physician will collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to design and review care plans, oversee clinical protocols, and participate in case discussions. Additional duties include educating patients and families on disease management, preventive health, and lifestyle modifications, as well as supporting training and mentorship of clinical staff. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.
Qualifications

• Strong clinical proficiency in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a broad range of general medical conditions.
• Experience or interest in Family Medicine, providing longitudinal care to individuals across different age groups.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing teams and other allied health professionals in a multidisciplinary care environment.
• Capability to contribute to Training, mentoring, and continuous professional development activities for clinical staff.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.
• Preferred experience in chronic disease management, rehabilitation, or continuum care settings.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Willingness to work in a structured, protocol-driven environment and adapt to technology-enabled healthcare systems.
