Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Medicine Doctor. The responsibilities include providing medical expertise in managing and monitoring critically ill patients remotely through telemedicine systems. The doctor will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, oversee patient care, interpret clinical data, and provide timely medical interventions. Additionally, the role involves active participation in case discussions, ensuring best practices, and contributing to the delivery of exceptional clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
- MD (Medicine) with ICU experience
- Fluency in hindi language (Spoken)
- Experience in critical care management or an equivalent medical field
- Proficiency in interpreting clinical data, including reports and diagnostic results
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment providing patient care from a centralized location
