Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as General Manager - A & F at Stemz Healthcare, located in Gurugram. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing financial strategies to support organizational growth. Key responsibilities include supervising financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, managing audits, analyzing financial data for decision-making, and implementing cost-control measures to enhance profitability. The role also involves leading a team, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving process improvements within the finance department.

Qualifications

• Must be a CA
• Must be reporting to the Board (MD or CEO)
• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
• Competency in Financial Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Cost Management
• Proficiency in Taxation Compliance, Audits, and Regulatory Standards
• Strong Leadership and Team Management abilities with experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial technology tools
