General Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Manali. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage budgets, and lead a diverse team to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities include strategic planning, team leadership, maintaining service quality, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and managing relationships with vendors and local stakeholders. The role also requires identifying opportunities to enhance revenue, reduce costs, and ensure the property's alignment with the brand's values and mission.

• Experience in hospitality operations, including property management, guest services, and event planning
• Financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
• Knowledge of local regulations, compliance standards, and operational best practices in hospitality
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for hospitality, design-driven spaces, and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience as a General Manager in the hospitality or travel industry is highly desirable
• Knowledge of the Manali region and a strong network within the local community is a plus
