GENERAL MANAGER

Job Summary

Manage and oversee daily operations of a flour-based food products manufacturing factory, ensuring efficient production, quality, safety, and cost control while leading teams and coordinating with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the noodle manufacturing factory to achieve production targets and maintain workflow efficiency
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure smooth and timely manufacturing processes
• Manage staff, manpower allocation, inventory levels, and production resources to optimize output
• Enforce product quality standards and maintain compliance with food safety and workplace safety regulations
• Coordinate communication and collaboration with suppliers, customers, and relevant authorities to support operational needs
• Monitor production costs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce expenses
• Demonstrate leadership by guiding teams, resolving operational challenges, and fostering effective communication
• Work independently to manage and motivate the production team toward achieving business goals

• At least 3 years of relevant management experience, preferably in food manufacturing
