• Oversee daily operations of the organization or business unit to ensure smooth functioning.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies to achieve company goals.
• Manage budgets, control costs, review financial performance, and ensure profitability.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate department heads and employees to improve productivity and performance.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met across all departments.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of staff.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work on increasing sales, expanding market share, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Address operational challenges and make high-level business decisions.
• Provide regular reports on performance, challenges, and progress.
