Position: GM / VP Projects | Utility-Scale Solar (IPP)
Location: Gujarat, India
Project Scale: 400 MW Solar IPP
We are a fast-growing Solar IPP seeking an experienced GM / VP Projects to lead end-to-end execution of a large utility-scale solar project in Gujarat. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale solar projects (land readiness to commissioning & handover)
- Own schedule, cost, quality, HSE, ESG, and regulatory compliance
- Manage EPC contractors, multi-vendor packages, and large site teams
- Ensure strict adherence to PPA, EPC, O&M, and statutory requirements
- Drive design optimization, risk mitigation, and execution governance
- Coordinate with DISCOMs, SLDC, state authorities, and local stakeholders
Who We're Looking For
- 1520 years of experience in solar project execution (IPP / EPC / OEM)
- Proven delivery of 500 MW+ solar portfolio, including 100 MW+ single project
- Strong command over EPC contracts, LDs, performance guarantees, and construction risk
- Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary project teams
- Engineering background (B.E./B.Tech); MBA is a plus
