We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our India operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and growth in alignment with our global strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Provide strategic leadership for the India office, aligning operations with the company’s global goals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality teleradiology services.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including service delivery, quality assurance, and the seamless integration of advanced technology in reporting processes.
- Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding service offerings, and strengthening client relationships in the healthcare sector.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of radiologists, technologists, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards in clinical governance, aligning with both national and international healthcare guidelines.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure the company’s profitability and long-term sustainability.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in radiology or diagnostic services. Proven track record of leading a team and managing operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related fields. A Master's degree (MBA/MHA) is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven expertise in managing large teams and working in fast-paced environments.
- Technology Orientation: Familiarity with teleradiology technologies (e.g., PACS, cloud-based systems) and advanced healthcare IT infrastructure.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
