Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role based in Chennai. The General Manager will oversee operations,

ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and develop strategic initiatives for business growth.

Responsibilities include managing team performance, maintaining client relationships, streamlining operational

processes, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The role also entails driving project execution,

managing resources effectively, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Should have a minimum of 15+ years experience in the Oil & Gas industry in the field of

Construction and Quality Control in India and Middle East.

• Experience in the field of Non Destructive Testing (NDT) is an added advantage

• Should have worked as a general manager/senior operations manager/head of a company

• Leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide cross-functional teams

• Effective communication and relationship-building skills to manage client interactions and

maintain partnerships

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities for operational and business growth

• Experience in the Oil, Gas, Offshore, Power, Marine, or related sectors is highly desirable

• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a relevant technical field

• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality assurance processes
