Technical Leadership

Define and drive engineering and manufacturing strategy

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI), product transitions, and industrialization

Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, IPC) and customer specifications

Manufacturing Excellence

Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations including process engineering, tooling, testing, and production

Drive productivity, yield, cost, and delivery improvements using Lean and continuous improvement practices

Program & Customer Management

Provide executive oversight for complex customer programs and technical deliverables

Manage schedule, cost, and quality commitments

Act as senior technical interface with customers and partners

Team & Organizational Leadership

Lead and mentor engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams

Build strong leadership pipelines and promote a culture of technical excellence
