General Manager

General Manager (GM) - FMCG Sales

Location : Arookutty( Alapuzha)

Experience : 10 plus years

Salary : 18 LPA max

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred). Excellent communication

skills in English (spoken and written).

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales & Business Development.

Experience in food ingredients, seasoning, Spices, Flavors, related industries preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Lead and manage the sales team across regions.

Identify new business opportunities and key customers.

Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and clients.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and management teams.

Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and business presentations.

Train and motivate the sales team for better performance.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting systems.

Ability to travel for business development activities.
