Head - Supply Chain Management (Planning, Sourcing and Logistics)
Summary
A detail-oriented and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee our entire supply chain lifecycle. You will plan and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products, while maintaining cost-effectiveness and high quality
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve speed. Developing suppliers in key commodities and establishing supplier development strategies
- Supplier Management: Handle negotiations, build relationships with vendors, and evaluate performance to ensure compliance and quality.
- Inventory & Demand Planning: Collaborate with sales and production to forecast demand, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Logistics & Distribution: Optimize transportation routes and warehouse functions for timely delivery.
- Data Analysis & Improvement: Monitor KPIs and leverage data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with additional certifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
18-23 experience in Medical Device industry
Preferred Skills:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify risks, and solve complex operational problems.
- Leadership: Experience leading teams and collaborating across department
