Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
Collaborate with leadership to define and execute business strategy and OKRs.
Break down complex problems and drive clarity through structured problem solving.
Drive long-term planning, annual goal-setting, and strategic business reviews.
Program & Project Management
Own end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
Build and maintain project plans, manage timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure accountability.
Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and propose mitigation strategies.
Operational Excellence
Analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
Design dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics.
Champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a liaison between internal teams such as product, ops, finance, and marketing.
Prepare communication materials and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Support leadership with data, insights, and briefing materials to drive key decisions.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/ operations management, preferably in the startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
