As General Manager – Sourcing & Strategic Alliances, you will lead the sourcing strategy and partner ecosystem across Viceroy's residential and commercial portfolio within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. You will be responsible for building high-impact relationships, unlocking new demand channels, and driving sourcing-led revenue growth across some of Mumbai's most significant developments.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands how to influence markets, build powerful partnerships, and create sustainable sourcing engines. You will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategies, driving project performance, and strengthening Viceroy's position as one of Mumbai's most respected real estate brands.
What You'll Do
Drive Sourcing-Led Revenue Growth
- Own sourcing performance and revenue contribution across Viceroy's residential and commercial portfolio.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives and project targets.
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sourcing targets.
- Build scalable sourcing channels that consistently deliver qualified leads and conversions.
- Monitor performance and implement actions to maximize productivity and ROI.
Build & Expand Strategic Partner Ecosystems
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners, luxury brokers, IPCs, commercial consultants, wealth managers, family offices, and corporate networks.
- Position Viceroy as the preferred development partner across residential and commercial ecosystems.
- Create strategic alliances that unlock new customer segments, occupiers, investors, and business opportunities.
- Design partner engagement programs that strengthen performance and loyalty.
Lead Residential & Commercial Go-To-Market Initiatives
- Spearhead sourcing strategies for residential launches and commercial sales/leasing initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Strategy teams to maximize project performance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, buyer behaviour, pricing dynamics, and competitive activity.
- Provide leadership with actionable market insights that influence business decisions.
Lead & Build High-Performing Teams
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sourcing organization.
- Establish clear performance standards, accountability, and operating rhythms.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and commercial excellence.
Who You Are
- 12–18 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales, strategic alliances, or business development.
- Significant exposure to both residential and commercial real estate within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
- Proven experience building and scaling channel partner, broker, IPC, and strategic alliance networks.
- Strong network across channel partners, luxury brokers, commercial consultants, wealth managers, family offices, and corporate occupiers.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering ambitious revenue targets.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and relationship-building capability.
- A strategic thinker who combines market insight with execution excellence.
