• The candidate should be highly skilled and experienced General Manager Sourcing with a
• focus on managing channel partner relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible
• for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to drive business through channel
• partners. The role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to
• build and maintain effective relationships with brokers/ channel partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business objectives through channel partners.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's reach and
• market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support channel partner initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and report on channel partner performance against agreed-upon metrics.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sourcing team to ensure the successful execution of sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 10 years of experience in sourcing, with a focus on managing channel partner relationships.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with channel partner.
