We are looking for a General Manager to lead business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure overall growth and performance across Scry AI's functions. This role is critical in aligning teams, execution, and business outcomes at an organizational level.

Role Overview

As a General Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple business functions, driving strategic execution, and ensuring alignment between business goals and operational performance. You will work closely with leadership, sales, product, and operations teams to scale the business and deliver measurable outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, execution-focused, and experienced in managing complex business environments in a fast-paced, growth-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Growth

• Define and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and expansion initiatives
• Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency

Operations & Performance Management

• Oversee day-to-day business operations across functions
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with targets
• Implement processes to improve efficiency and scalability

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
• Drive accountability, collaboration, and performance culture
• Align teams with business priorities and strategic direction

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams
• Ensure seamless coordination across departments
• Drive execution of key initiatives and projects

Financial & Business Oversight

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Monitor cost structures and profitability
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong experience in business management, operations, or leadership roles
• Proven ability to drive growth and manage cross-functional teams
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
