Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a General Manager at Samskara Resort & Spa. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality guest experiences, and manage staff and budgets. Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, maintaining property standards, and supervising wellness programs. The role requires exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to foster operational excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• Operational Management: Proven expertise in managing hospitality or wellness-focused properties, including staff supervision and operational planning.
• Guest Services: Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards and the ability to deliver tailored experiences.
• Leadership and Team Management: Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide staff effectively.
• Financial Acumen: Experience in creating and managing budgets, optimizing revenue streams, and controlling expenses.
• Wellness Knowledge: An understanding of wellness practices such as yoga, meditation, or holistic health is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle challenges under pressure.
• Educational Background: A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Flexibility: Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons as needed.
