We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional to join our growing team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of luxury residential properties within our premium developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for residential property sales through networking, brokers, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and investors.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions based on project inventory.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and property showings for prospective buyers and investors.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring target achievement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and commercial property rates in Gurugram and surrounding areas.
- Coordinate with the legal and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of sale agreements.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields. MBA preferred.
- 12 to 15 years of proven experience in luxury real estate sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and client-handling abilities.
- Familiarity with Gurugram property markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Farvision ERP.
- Experience with Grade-A developers
