Job Description
Propshop is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the Delhi NCR real estate market, particularly in Channel Partner sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property landscape, excellent negotiation skills, and a network of active property buyers and investors. Key Responsibilities: Drive residential project sales across Delhi NCR through channel partner networks. Lead a team of sales executives and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and clients. Identify potential business opportunities and convert leads into successful closures. Conduct site visits with clients and provide expert guidance on property options. Maintain and update CRM systems and ensure accurate reporting of leads and conversions.
Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in real estate sales within Delhi NCR (Channel Partner experience preferred). Deep knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market, trends, and inventory. Own conveyance is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period will be preferred.
