Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and expand market share in the residential real estate sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and agents, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving individual and collective targets.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to negotiation, closing, and post-sales support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
