Job Description

A Real Estate company is hiring for the profile of General Manager Sales.

Location: Vrindavan

Experience: 12-15 years

Core responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end sales operations to achieve business and revenue targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to strengthen business growth.

Drive lead generation, customer engagement, negotiations, and deal closures.

Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and project teams for seamless execution and customer experience.

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reviews for senior management.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and target achievement.

Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and industry standards.

Qualifications needed

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.

12–15 years of extensive experience in real estate sales, with proven expertise in sales leadership, business development, and team management.

Skill set required

Strong understanding of real estate sales and market dynamics.

Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
