- Experience: 1218 years in capital equipment sales, preferably in Tablet Press and Packaging Machineries.
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering; MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Skills: Strong technical understanding of packaging machinery.
- Proven track record in B2B industrial sales.
- Team leader & go getter
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across South India.
- Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients in pharma, FMCG, and packaging industries.
- Lead regional sales team, set KPIs, and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, service, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market penetration.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Drive participation in regional trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
