Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Targets:Achieve revenue, contribution, DSO, inventory, and other assigned goals.
  1. Strategy:Develop and implement short-, medium-, and long-term strategies for markets, customers, and products.
  2. Profitability & Cash Flow:Ensure profitable, cash-positive operations through value selling, new product development, and cost control.
  3. Growth:Drive business expansion in domestic and international markets by acquiring new customers, partners, and principals.
  4. Opportunity Management:Build a strong, sustainable order pipeline with focus on new projects and replacement markets.
  5. Customer Satisfaction:Influence buying decisions by understanding customer needs and delivering value propositions.
  6. Market Intelligence:Conduct market mapping, competitive analysis, and customer account/stakeholder insights.
  7. Forecasting:Gather customer expansion and budget insights through regional coordination.
  8. Marketing & Communication:Execute strategies via direct sales, agents, projects, events, and exhibitions.
  9. New Product Development:Identify market gaps and collaborate with teams to launch innovative solutions.
  10. Process Building:Implement efficient internal systems for consistency, quality, and time savings.
  11. Principal Relationship:Act as strategic liaison between principals and customers to foster technology and business growth.
