Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager Sales with 10 years of experience in the Background Verification Industry. The ideal candidate is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent performance in sales, business development, and client relationship & Operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead sales initiatives in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing customers.
  • Identify business opportunities, develop strategies to penetrate new markets, and establish strong partnerships.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
  • Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Leades Team including Sales, Custoer Sucess and Operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and cross sell opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and inform business decisions.
  • Need to maintain accurate and timely update in the CRM system to track customer interactions and sales pipeline effectively.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of consistent target achievement in the Background Verification Industry.
  • Strong understanding of background verification services, compliance requirements, and market dynamics. Prior Industry experience is mandatory
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics platforms.
