Role Description

The General Manager - Residential Sales will oversee and manage the residential sales operations at Address Advisors. Key responsibilities include driving sales performance, developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relations, and ensuring a continuous pipeline of prospects and opportunities. The role requires market analysis, team leadership, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Sales Management, and Business Development
  • Strong understanding of Real Estate market trends, client engagement, and property evaluation
  • Team leadership and management experience with excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and knowledge of sales analytics and reporting
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant fields
  • Prior experience in residential real estate sales is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and engage with local clients
