Role Description

This full-time role as General Manager/Real Estate is based on-site in Noida. The role involves leading sales strategies, managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring operational efficiency. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, liaise with developers and investors, manage performance metrics, and foster a culture of excellence to achieve business objectives.

  • Proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Driving Revenue Growth
  • Strong Relationship Management, Client Handling, and Communication Skills
  • Experience in Team Leadership, Operational Oversight, and Performance Monitoring
  • Strategic Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Abilities
  • Deep understanding of the Real Estate Market, Regulations, and Trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Proven experience of leadership in a real estate-focused company or related industry
