Job Summary:
Ramada by Wyndham Aligarh is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, maintaining brand standards, and leading departmental teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the overall operations of the hotel.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
- Lead and mentor department heads across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.
- Monitor hotel performance and ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Drive sales initiatives and strengthen relationships with corporate clients and travel partners.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate hotel staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Analyze market trends and implement business strategies to improve competitiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in hotel operations.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role such as Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager.
- Experience working with branded hotels is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, budgeting, and guest relations.
