Role Summary

Lead the Quality function for the WE Zone by driving quality standards, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders across Design, Construction, and FM to ensure delivery of high-quality projects. Establish quality frameworks, supplier standards, and training programs to strengthen compliance and operational excellence. Introduce innovative quality practices and improvements to enhance project outcomes. Conduct regular site visits and work closely with project teams to identify and resolve quality concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the Quality function for WE Zone.
• Creating and implementing quality management framework.
• Influencing key stakeholders for continuous quality improvement
• Impacting quality by creating systems for Design, FM, Construction to deliver right quality.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Specify Quality requirements for Raw materials with suppliers.
• Conduct QA training for all departments periodically and ensure that contractors are in
  
  

compliance with quality systems.

• Introduce and implement new quality management methods to ensure high level of Quality.
• Research new design options to improve quality
• Conduct site visits.
• Interact with site project teams to understand quality issues.
• Create internal audit and external audit.
• Review existing SOP's and methods.
  
  

Who are we looking for

Education

• Full Time MBA/PGDM/Graduate
  
  

Experience

• Relevant years of experience in Quality Function in Real Estate Industry.
• Should have worked in high rise projects.
• Multiple projects experience mandatory.
