One of our esteemed client is looking for a General Manager Procurement & Subcontracts who can take ownership of the sourcing strategies for groundbreaking Wind, Solar, and Hybrid Power projects. This is a high-impact role where the incumbent will turn market intelligence into operational excellence.
Your Impact
- Optimize: Identify and eliminate waste in the supply chain to ensure cost-effective and timely project delivery.
- Negotiate: Act as the lead for RFQ/RFP processes and commercial terms, building sustainable and ethical supplier partnerships.
- Audit: Ensure the highest quality standards through rigorous supplier performance monitoring and quality audits.
- Govern: Enforce best practices and regulatory compliance across all LSTK EPC projects.
Requirements
- Background: 20+ years in Procurement or Supply Chain Management, specifically within Renewable Energy managing atleast 1000 Cr. spend
- Technical: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical problem-solving, and crisis management abilities.
- Systems: Skilled in SAP or equivalent ERP platforms.
